- Receiving, evaluating and managing your boat rental reservation/request
- Communicating with you and finalizing your request
- Providing the service and planning the organization
- Fulfilling legal obligations
- Where you have given explicit consent; sending marketing, campaign and special-day notifications
4. LEGAL GROUNDS (KVKK Art. 5)
- Processing is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract
- It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations
- It is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms
- Your explicit consent for marketing/notification activities
5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Your data may be shared, to the extent required by the service, with our domestic suppliers and technical infrastructure providers. To provide services such as social login and push notifications, transfers may be made to technology providers located abroad (e.g. authentication and notification infrastructure) within the scope of your explicit consent or the performance of the contract. Except for legal obligations, your data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. RETENTION PERIOD
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and until the end of the statutory limitation/retention periods; thereafter it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
7. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT (KVKK Art. 11)
By applying to the data controller, you have the right to: learn whether your data is processed; request information if it is; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad; request correction if processed incompletely/incorrectly; request its deletion or destruction; request that correction/deletion be notified to third parties; object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and demand compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

You can submit your requests regarding the above rights, together with information verifying your identity, via the contact channels stated above. Your applications are concluded within the period stipulated by the KVKK.
