By using this application, you are deemed to accept the following terms.
1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
The application is a reservation/request platform for the boat rental services of Büyükçekmece Kiralık Tekne (Anılım Turizm). Requests submitted through the app are preliminary and subject to the company's approval; a definite reservation is created only once approved by the company.
2. MEMBERSHIP AND ACCOUNT SECURITY
You are responsible for the security of your account and credentials. The information you provide must be accurate and up to date.
3. RESERVATION / REQUEST PROCESS
Your request is evaluated according to date, time and availability. Approval is granted depending on availability and weather/sea conditions.
4. CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
You must contact the company for cancellation and change requests. In adverse weather/sea conditions, the organization may be rescheduled.
5. FEES AND PAYMENT
No payment is taken within the app. Pricing and payment are made directly with the company.
6. USER OBLIGATIONS AND PROHIBITED USE
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, violate the rights of others, or attempt to compromise the security of the system. The captain's safety instructions must be followed during the tour.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content, brand, visuals and texts in the application belong to the company and may not be used without permission.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The company cannot be held responsible for delays, cancellations or changes arising from weather and sea conditions or force majeure. Participants are responsible for damages arising from their own fault.
9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction according to the relevant monetary thresholds.
10. EFFECT AND AMENDMENT
The company may update these terms. The current terms take effect as soon as they are published through the app.
